Suggestion.

We should keep MapleHeads off of xtremetop100. Nexon looks at the top 50 servers and will not forget their names. They will send letters threatening to sue, as they did to many, many servers. However, we can still put MapleHeads on the other "Top Maplestory Private Servers" websites. Nexon's prime target are those top 50 servers on xtremetop100, no matter the population/popularity. I really encourage Mensur to take it off xtremetop100 before we receive a letter from Lloyd Korn (Nexon's lawyer). Mensur, please take this "suggestion" very seriously.

I was part of a conflict of Carestory almost getting sued. We had to shut down within 24 hours or we would be sued for $200,000. I also saw that the top 50 servers all received DMCA letters and most of them shut down to avoid losing tons of money.

i say we leave the server on xtremetop100 for 3 - 5 more days for more people to join.

I say we get off xtremetop100 before we hit 100 players. Nexon sends DMCA letters to all the servers that have a population of about 100.

i do see that we have a terms of conditions before entering the site BUT..
i do know that people CAN bypass and get into the website without agreeing AND i would suggest that we take off ALL,yes ALL maplestory pictures or we can get DMCA letter... if they have no evidence then XD

theres a really suspicious rumour going around that nexon will do something big about maplestory/combat arms hacking sites,private servers and other things it doesnt like by v70 of global ms....

I was in 2 servers that shut down because of Nexon, and one i was GM...
