I would rate it a 10 since it is my native language. Although there are times I may use improper grammar while typing, I have the capability of being acutely accurate in everything I need to say at any given moment. I can also understand what someone else is saying as long as it is actual English and not Singlish.

I know a small, ample amount of Spanish and Portuguese but that is about it.
Have you had previous GM experience on a MapleStory server?:
Yes, I have.
If yes, details:
I was/am a GM on another server. My IGN is DoctorJesus on there and quite a few players will agree when I say I am a great GM. I have been a GM on that server for the past few months. Currently the server has been down for over two weeks. It seems as if it may have shut down for good so thus is why I am searching for other options. I will also mention some of the events I held during the time I was a GM.
How much time can you commit to the server during the week?:
I can only commit as much time as I can. I know this may be a vague and "avoiding" answer, but I feel it is more honest than saying " I can be on 10 hours a day everyday" when I know that is impossible for anyone. Life throws curveballs which could prevent you being on one day and boom, your promise is broken. I will say this though. I usually am on roughly 4 hours a day.
How much time a day on vacations/weekends?:
as long as possible.
How would you describe yourself as an overall person?:
I would say I am an overall helpful, kind, and dedicated person. When I am interested in something, I do all I can to learn about whatever it may be so that I may be better at it. I always treat players and people with the same respect I feel I deserve from them. Sure there may be an off day maybe once in a few months or so where I'm aggitated or annoyed, but everyone has those days. Even during those rare circumstances, I still do not disrespect anyone.
How long have you been playing private servers or Global MapleStory?:
I have been playing on private servers now for roughly a year. I also played Global MapleStory (GMS, Scania) for about a year and a half. My highest IGN was 57. I know, not that high right? Well that is because, like everyone who now plays private servers, it got boring to me.... fast. I also had 2 other 55 IGN's, a few 40's and ALOT of level 10's. haha.
Additional Information:
I love to help other players. My time schedule to be on is completely open since all I do all day everyday is sit on the computer. I am extremely polite and professional about all matters and treat all players with the same respect I would want from them. This application is intended for either an Event GM or a regular GM position. I am very flexible in either position, being stronger in actual GM work since I know the commands very well. As you can see from the link I posted, I am able to catch any hackers detected and keep the server clean. Below are some of my event ideas, with HnS Extreme being an event I had help creating.
Event ideas:
While I was a GM on my previous server,(name will be withheld) I held many events. Below are a few of the events, as well as the rules to each one.
HnS Extreme: (Hide & Seek)
Rules: A group of GM's get together and decide on an ETC item each of them would have. There must be one ETC item per GM. It also has to be an item that is not easily obtainable. Once that is decided, the GM's will decide on an order in which they must be found. Example: GM A is first, GM B is second, etc. Now, when that is finished, the fun begins.
Players must find the GM's in the order chosen. When they find the first GM, the GM will give them the item they chose. The player will then find the second GM and give the second GM the item he has. In return, the second GM will give the player a different item. The game keeps going until 3 players successfully reach the last GM and give them the item of the GM before them. Sounds fairly easy right?
There's a twist. Each GM is allowed to change maps without notice. They are also allowed to stay in !hide, making it even more difficult. If a GM decides to change maps, they must still continue to give hints as to where they are using !say. This makes it easier for players to determine which GM they have to find.
Prizes: I'm not sure of how the prize system is here and what is allowed. My prizes were 2 equips of the players choice to be scrolled 10 times, as well as 50k NX.
Race to the Death
Rules: Each player starts at the very top of Eos tower in Ludibrium. The object of this event is simple. Players must race down to the bottom as fast as they can. Eos Rock's are not allowed nor are any other kind of warpers. The reason I chose for it to be a race down the tower is so that players without Flash Jump don't have a disadvantage. To make the event more challenging, !rock can be added in various places in the tower. The first 3 players to the bottom win.
Prizes: Since this isn't an extremely hard event, my prize was simply 20k NX and 1 equip of their choice to be scrolled 5 times.
Test Your Knowledge Hunt
Rules: In short, this is a scavenger hunt. The only difference is, all the items that need to be gathered have to be ETC items that are not well known. Example: Pig Ribbon is widely known over Anasthetic Powder.
Prizes: First place - 50k NX
Second place - 25k NX
Third place - 10k NX.
